		<description>I read a recipe for a Metheglin that Charlie P tasted after 60 some years.  The spices seem like a nice compliment to one another:

Cloves, nutmeg, ginger, thyme, peppermint, cinnamon, lemon balm,  rosemary, bog myrtle, yarrow,  elder flower, fennel.

I want to try one with more spice to it, but that means making another batch! :)</description>

		<description>Well, since I have to keep tinkering with this one...  I added 3g of Chamomile and two Chai chocolate caramel tea bags.  I think this is going to be it for spicing though.</description>

		<description>I was informed that the Apfelwein was &quot;stinking up the house.&quot;  I do admit that its a pretty good sulfur creator!  Apples fermenting always have that aroma!  Its a little too cold in the basement so I put this in the office off of the living room, hence my dilemma.   Its been going for 5 days, and has slowed down slightly, but its still going strong.  This batch will probably take two weeks to finish up.  Cant wait to drink some of this!</description>
